She actually gave birth last June 27, 2018 and as the pictures says it all it was really amazing how she managed to have that perfect body in just a few months after giving birth! She stated that anyone can do that as long as you work really hard for it and you eat clean. She also said that she doesn’t have a no-carbs diet! She insisted that you can eat whatever you want in moderation as long as you work out!
It was indeed true that whatever goals you set, you can surely achieve it as long as you put your heart and your mind into it. Becoming a mother was a very big responsibility but it doesn’t mean that you have to sacrifice and compromise yourself if you can do something for yourself even though your already a mom!
